At rhythearth.com, we take great pride in the care, attention, and integrity behind every piece we offer. Each crystal is one-of-a-kind—hand-selected, thoughtfully photographed, and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and as described.
We encourage you to shop with intention, knowing you are bringing something truly unique into your space.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our one-of-a-kind, fragile pieces, we do not accept returns for refunds. Every crystal is photographed and described in detail, allowing you to make an informed decision confidently.
In some cases, we may consider an exception for store credit or exchange. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Store credit can be used toward a future purchase.
If you feel you have a valid reason for a return, please contact us at info@rhythearth.com with your order details.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We kindly ask that you review your cart carefully before checkout.
Damaged or Lost Items
We take every precaution to protect your purchase, but sometimes issues can occur during transit. For this reason, we strongly recommend keeping the Route Package Protection added at checkout. Route is the best way to ensure your order is covered in case of loss, theft, or damage.
If you choose to remove Route protection, please know we are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or damaged packages.
For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and crystal so we can assist you.
